Paul Jeffries
President
Paul Jeffries is a high school math teacher at RA Long High School in Longview, WA. He has mostly been a resident of Lewis County. He also coaches Cross Country in the fall season and Girl’s Tennis in the spring at RA Long. “I have been a recreational player for some time, but became more involved when my daughters played tennis in high school”. He sat through a lot of lessons with TJ at Thorbecke’s. He still stays involved in tennis helping out at the summer camps in Chehalis.

T.J. Underwood
Secretary
T.J. Underwood has lived in Chehalis his entire life. He is a graduate of W.F. West High School, where he started playing tennis as a freshman, and has continued to play for 32 years since then. His recognition and appreciation of how much tennis can enrich people’s lives inspired him to become a tennis coach, and he hopes to help all of his students get as much out of the sport as he has.
T.J. is a professionally certified tennis instructor with 20 years as an instructor at Thorbeckes in Chehalis. He has served 7 years with the LCTA and has 27 years of involvement in summer Parks and Rec Department programming.
He chose to serve on the LCTA board to be able to create avenues for as many people as possible to discover themselves through the sport of tennis
In his free time he is a diehard Sonics/Seahawks/Kraken/Mariners fan and enjoys board games/Legos, rock music

Trudi Pomeroy
Fundraising Chair
Trudi Pomeroy is a retired independent contractor for Marchon Eyewear, where she spent 25 years traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest. During her career, she also worked as a Brand Trainer for several eyewear brands, building relationships and educating professionals across the industry.
A longtime resident of Mossyrock, Trudi and her husband have been married for 37 years and raised their three children in the Mossyrock community. Athletics, the arts, and community involvement were an important part of their family life. Their children went on to compete and perform at high levels in collegiate athletics, professional baseball, and dance.
As Fundraising Chair for the Lewis County Tennis Association, Trudi is passionate about helping bring a new indoor tennis facility to Lewis County to expand opportunities for youth, schools, families, and the broader community.
Outside of tennis, Trudi enjoys hiking, gardening, fitness training, snow skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
